Counseling Schedule for HP Polytechnic Admissions 2025
First Round of Online Counseling
Allotment of Seats (1st Round): 19th June 2025
Reporting & Document Verification: On or before 24th June 2025
Vacancy List Updation by Principals: 25th June 2025
Display of Vacant Seats: 26th June 2025
Second Round of Online Counseling
Revision of Choices & New Applications: 27th June to 13th July 2025
Eligible candidates can modify institution/course preferences.
Non-eligible PAT candidates (based on 10th marks) can update their choices.
New applications can be submitted by Non-PAT candidates.
Seat Allotment (2nd Round): 17th July 2025
Reporting & Document Verification: On or before 22nd July 2025
Vacancy List Updation: 23rd July 2025
Display of Vacant Seats: 24th July 2025

Spot Round 1 (Govt. Polytechnic Sundernagar):
For PAT candidates with scores above 120 (121+)
For eligible candidates based on PAT or 10th marks
Spot Round 2 (Govt. Polytechnic Sundernagar):

Important Instructions for Candidates
Read the Admission Prospectus Carefully

Deadline for Online Processes
All online submissions must be completed by 12:00 midnight on the respective dates.
Institutions Open on Holidays
Polytechnics will remain open on Sundays and holidays as per the counseling schedule.
Downloading Allotment Letters
Seat allotment results will be available on the official website, and candidates must download their allotment letters.
No Provisional Admissions
Provisional admissions will not be granted under any circumstances, either for regular diploma courses or lateral entry.
Eligibility Criteria
Only candidates meeting the minimum eligibility (as per Chapter-4 of the prospectus) should apply.
Schedule Modifications
The Director, Technical Education, HP, reserves the right to modify the counseling schedule if required.
